By using Agent Game Plan, you agree to these Terms of Use.
Agent Game Plan is a productivity and coaching application for real estate agents. It provides daily planning tools, AI coaching, CRM integration, team management, and performance tracking.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are offered as auto-renewing in-app purchases through Apple on iOS, or through Stripe on the web. Subscriptions automatically renew at the listed price until cancelled. Pro Monthly: $34.99/month. Pro Annual: $349.99/year. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID (on iOS) at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
You agree not to: use the Service for illegal purposes; attempt to access other users' accounts; reverse engineer the Service; use automated tools to scrape data; share your account credentials.
The AI sales coach provides general guidance and suggestions. It is not a substitute for professional advice. We are not responsible for business decisions made based on AI recommendations.
When you connect Follow Up Boss or other CRM services, you authorize us to access your CRM data as needed to provide the Service. You are responsible for complying with your CRM provider's terms of service.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app by going to Settings and tapping "Delete Account".
Agent Game Plan is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
