Agent Game Plan ("we", "our", "us") operates the Agent Game Plan mobile application and website. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and an encrypted password.
Profile Information: You may optionally provide your phone number, city, state, Instagram handle, and profile photo.
CRM Data: If you connect Follow Up Boss (FUB), we access your leads, contacts, calls, and events through FUB's API using your API key. This data is used only to display your pipeline within the app. We do not store your FUB data on our servers — it is fetched in real-time.
Usage Data: We collect pipeline numbers, game plan data, and EOD reviews that you submit to track your performance.
Payment Information: Payments are processed by Stripe and Apple. We do not store credit card numbers.
We use your information to: provide and maintain the Service; generate personalized game plans and AI coaching; display leaderboards and team metrics; send daily reminder notifications; process payments.
Your data is stored on Cloudflare Workers KV, which provides encryption at rest. Passwords are hashed using SHA-256. All data transmission uses HTTPS/TLS encryption. API keys are stored as encrypted environment secrets.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data with: Stripe and Apple (payment processing); Anthropic (AI coaching, anonymized prompts only); Follow Up Boss (only with your explicit connection).
You can: access your data through the app; update your profile information; delete your account directly in-app (Settings → Delete Account); export your data by request.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app by going to Settings and tapping "Delete Account". This permanently removes your profile, pipeline data, plans, reviews, and all associated records from our servers.
